Sagmeister in Denver, 3/7/08

Acclaimed (and fairly crazy) graphic designer Stefan Sagmeister will be speaking in Denver at an event hosted by AIGA Colorado, March 7th.

Sagmeister's work has become very well known in recent years, especially his work on various album covers. He's even won a Grammy. Stefan is speaking in support of his new book, THINGS I HAVE LEARNED IN MY LIFE SO FAR, and signed copies of the book will be available at the event. No word on whether he will be scratching his autograph into people's skin, but it never hurts to ask.

The event is at the Oxford Hotel, Friday March 7, 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Tickets are $30 at the door, $20 in advance online, or for AIGA members, $10 at the door and $5 in advance. Attendance is limited to 250, so buying in advance is probably a good idea.
